Matthew E. B. Brotmann
Matthew E. B. Brotmann, J.D. is the Founder and President of B4 Strategic Solutions, a boutique advisory group offering a broad range of investigative and policy services. Prior to establishing B4, Matthew served as a Special Advisor on Policy and Public Information to then NY Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. While at the Office of the Attorney General, Matthew lead law enforcement and government transparency initiatives. Before working for the NYOAG, Matthew was an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County (NY) where he worked on a variety of complex investigations including narcotics, economic crimes, high-tech crimes and environmental crimes. He also served as the lead on inter-agency projects including creation of the Westchester Intelligence Center, a fusion center bringing together sophisticated analytical resources and traditional policing strategies.
In addition, Matthew has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pace Law School where he focuses on International Criminal Law. He now serves as the Director of International Law Programs and continues to work with the international law community around the globe.
Matthew received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Pace Law School in 1999 and his Bachelor of Arts from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
